STC
has its main office in Mumbai located in the main business
district of Nariman Point spread over 5000 Sq Feet. In
addition STC has a full
fledged Branch offices in Chennai, Delhi and Jaipur and
project offices in Indore, Trivandrum, Bangalore, Hyderabad
and Nanded. It has representative offices in Pune, Nagpur,
Kolkata and Bhubaneshvar.
STC also has a Custom
Bonded Export Oriented Unit in Mumbai, registered as an ITES
service provider.
All offices are equipped with modern communication
facilities and broadband facilities. The total numbers of
computer systems with networking available is in excess of
200 with suitable numbers of peripherals.
STC also possesses
equipment for conducting water audits and leak detection and
for minor repairs to the water supply transmission and
distribution systems. STC
also possesses equipment for conducting condition assessment
for underground water and sewerage pipelines along with the
required safety equipments.
STC possesses the latest
versions of Software like Sewer Cad, Water CAD, Storm Cad,
STAAD, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Map and the standard MS office
suites and data processing and project management software.
In addition STC has
developed numerous in-house software for applications in
sewerage and water supply designs, estimation and structural
design modules.
STC has a collection of
4000 titles in its library for topics covering all fields of
civil engineering and project management. This library
contains latest relevant codes from the Indian, British and
American Standards. The titles are periodically updated with
a budget allocated for this up gradation every year.

STC is headed by a Board
of Directors consisting of representatives of major
shareholders and professionals. The Board of Directors is
headed by the Chairman. The Managing Director is responsible
for the day to day operations of the company and is
supported by two Directors (Operations), a Director (Finance
and Marketing) and Director (HR).
On the operational level, each project is assigned a Team
Leader who reports to either the Managing Director or one of
the Director (Operations). The Team Leader is responsible
for all the staff working under him and also for their
performance appraisals. He also has the freedom to take
decisions on project related deployment and recruitment of
staff.
The projects are staffed with engineers and other support
staff as per the requirements of the project or as requested
